Wetworks Surfboards wants your customers satisfied, so we carry out our work with great professionalism. Our boards are designed by the best shapers and are produced by highly accredited professionals who meet the highest standards of board manufacture. Each board passes an extremely strict quality control process before leaving our premises.
We prepare your shipping order with great care, wrapping it in bubble wrap and packing it to high standards of protection, and we trust that our shipping and delivery service providers operate with the same levels of diligence. If one of our boards reaches your hands, the chances of a failure or defect are very close to zero. However, we want you to feel completely safe when you shop with us.

 

WHAT IS WETWORKS SURFBOARDS GUARANTEE POLICY?

Wetworks' warranty policy allows you to claim an exchange or refund (refund) for any item purchased under specific conditions. This warranty is only available for domestic purchases.

 

HOW LONG IS THE WARRANTY?

You can claim the guarantee within 30 days after the delivery date or pick up your order.

 

 WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE WARRANTY?

Purchased items have guaranteed assurance to the original owner ONLY against manufacturing defects or defects. Only original and unmodified items are covered by this warranty. For validation of warranty claim on surfboards, only the following characteristics will be considered as failure or defect of the factory: - Delamination (detachment of resin layers)
 

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT INCLUDE:

- Damage or loss caused by misuse / misuse or normal wear and tear of the product;
- Damage caused by accident, neglect or negligence; - Abrasion or natural wear of colors and materials.
  

THE WARRANTY INCLUDES DELAYS, LOSSES, DAMAGES OR BREACHES RESULTING FROM TRANSPORTATION?

No. We strongly recommend that you check if your board or article is damaged before you sign the proof of delivery, and report immediately the employee of the shipping and delivery company if you detect any damage. If your order shows any signs that it has been damaged during shipping DO NOT sign the proof of delivery. Take a picture of the order showing the damage (s) and get in touch with us immediately.
If you sign the proof of delivery and only after you detect damages resulting from the transport, you should contact us immediately so we can file a complaint and activate the transport insurance with the company responsible. This implies that your order will have to be picked up by the shipping and delivery company in its original packaging, under the conditions in which you received it, so that we can send you a new article (replacement article) when the activation of the insurance is properly completed (May take a few weeks).
Note that these are exceptional situations; Please contact us if your replacement order takes longer than usual.
 

HOW CAN I CLAIM THE WARRANTY?

All warranty claims must be made directly with us via email marceloborges@wetworkssurfboards.com

You can claim the warranty for a defective item by sending us an email in accordance with our Policy.
Proof of purchase (receipt with transaction date) is indispensable in all warranty claims.
 
 
WE CONTINUALLY TRY TO CERTIFY THAT ALL ITEMS LISTED ON OUR SITE ARE CURRENTLY IN STOCK AND THAT PRICES ARE TRUE AND CORRECT. IN THE EVENT THAT THE PRICE OF AN ARTICLE IS NOT CORRECT, AN ORDERED PRODUCT IS NOT AVAILABLE OR IN ANY WAY WE CAN NOT COMPLETE YOUR ORDER, YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROVIDE A NEW ORDER OR TOTAL REFUND.
