WHAT PRICE?

It depends on 1) the size of the items in your order and 2) your destination. Consult our service to know the price of shipping to your locality:

The removal of boards at Wetworks (Vargem Grande, RJ) is free and can be done within 5 working days for stock boards and 4-6 weeks for custom boards.

HOW LONG IT TAKES?

It depends on 1) the type of articles in your order (stock or custom), 2) the size of the articles in your order and 3) your destination.

Custom orders take 4-6 weeks to complete and ship.

Stock planks and other items in stock will be packed and dispatched within 2 business days.

Shipping is done through direct shipping and delivery services. We will do our best to have your order delivered promptly.

SOMEONE NEEDS TO BE IN THE LOCATION INDICATED WHEN THE ORDER IS DELIVERED?

Yes, a signature is required to complete delivery. If you can not be present on the expected delivery date, please indicate an alternative address (from your job or from a family member or friend). Otherwise, your order will be returned and your order will be reshipped.

 

If you use a work address, you are sure to include your name and that of your business / business clearly.

 

WETWORKS IS RESPONSIBLE FOR LATE DELIVERIES, EXTRAVED ITEMS OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS?

No. All boards are carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and packed to high standards of quality and protection. We can not be held responsible for damaged products during transportation, nor can we take responsibility for lost items or orders that arrive after the estimated time. Although we take every possible precaution, from the moment your order is dispatched, it is out of our hands. The responsibility for any delays, damages or losses belongs to the transport company.

 

WE CONTINUALLY TRY TO CERTIFY THAT ALL ITEMS LISTED ON OUR SITE ARE CURRENTLY IN STOCK AND THAT PRICES ARE TRUE AND CORRECT. IN THE EVENT IF THE PRICE OF AN ITEM IS INCORRECT, AN ORDERED PRODUCT IS NOT AVAILABLE OR IN ANY WAY WE CAN NOT COMPLETE YOUR ORDER, YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROVIDE A NEW ORDER OR REFUND.
