The +3 model was created to be used in good waves above 5 feet. It works like a 3-inch board bigger, that´s why we came up with the name +3. It has a very smooth bottom curve which it makes easier to draw very long lines. It also has little flotation distribution to have enough stability and an outline with more area in the chest region to have enough paddle. The tails recommended are round, round pin or baby swallow to hold the pressure on powerful waves.
